Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills from a mixture of other combat sports. MMA draws on the usage of striking techniques from stand-up styles of martial arts such as karate, kickboxing and boxing, while also incorporating grappling and wrestling techniques from wrestling, judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. 

 

This fighting style has been popularised by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Champion) and Cage Warriors.
